What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy?
I do not believe in paying for services or products that did not meet your expecations. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your session or images, you can request a full refund of your session. Please note, if you request a refund, you do not get to keep the images from your session.
Do your sessions have a limit on people?
Absolutely not! There is no limit and no extra fee for additional people.
How do I get my images?
Your images will be delivered through a private, password-protected online album.
Preview Phase:
Once your gallery is ready, you'll receive an email with a password to access your images. During this phase, all images will include a watermark. This is your opportunity to review your gallery and request any edits, such as:
- Converting an image to black and white or color
- Cropping an image
- Removing minor distractions or unwanted items
- Other reasonable adjustments
Download Phase:
When you're happy with your images and no further changes are needed, simply reply to the email. Your gallery will then move to the Download Phase, and you'll receive a second email with a download PIN.
The final images available for download will be high-resolution and watermark-free.
Images are available for download for 30 days and can be downloaded as many times to as many devices as you'd like. Albums are stored online for 1 (one) year from the session date and then stored for life on a secured hardrive.
What is a Print Release Form?
A Print Release Form allows you to use your digital files for personal uses like making canvases, making cards, or printing at local labs, while the creator (Lyndsey Servoss Photography) retains full ownership of the image.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I am willing to travel for any session/wedding/event. Please note that travel fees will apply.
Do you offer payment plans for events or weddings?
Yes!
All weddings priced over $1,000 are eligible for a payment plan option. Payment plans are interest free and no credit check required. They can be tailored to fit your budget each month, so long as balance is paid in full on or before the day of your wedding/event.
What is included in my session?
All sessions include all edited images, private online viewing gallery and print release form.
How many images will I get from my session?
Image quantity can vary based on session. I do not charge per image and you will not be limited to a set number of images from your session.
Average number of images clients typically receive from each session;
- Minis: 10-20
- Senior: 25-30 ; Professional Portraits: 5-7
- Couple/Engagement: 30-45
- Wedding: 200-500
- Maternity: 25-30
- Family: 25-40
